Monster Trucks is a 2017 American monster action comedy film produced by Paramount Animation, Nickelodeon Movies and Disruption Entertainment for Paramount Pictures, and directed by Chris Wedge and written by Derek Connolly, from a story by Jonathan Aibel, Glenn Berger and Matthew Robinson.

Why It Sucks

  1. Tripp is a complete idiot, as he friends a monster that he finds and uses him for his car.
  2. In addition, Creech is a very annoying monster, and his design looks nightmarish. It’s also unknown what type of species he is.
  3. Misleading Title: Tripp and Creech don’t ride a truck at all. They ride a car instead.
  4. How is Creech a real-life monster in this film? Did they use him as a robot?
  5. Abysmal voice acting.
  6. Terrible CGI on Creech.
  7. Despite being for kids, the film can be disturbing at times.
  8. Horrible acting.

The Only Redeeming Quality

  1. The film can be hilarious at times.
